Rahul Kapur has over 35 years of successful business experience with Aearo Technologies (now 3M), Dow Chemical and Unilever.  He is currently Managing Director and Partner in Icon Investment Partners, where he works Private Equity to source acquisitions, co-invests and focuses on business transformation to create value. A key part of the Icon approach is to improve business processes with primary emphasis on business & supply chain efficiencies, margin improvement, innovation and identifying and implementing selected growth opportunities. Key projects have included Dow Chemical’s SAP implementation; product innovation at DowBrands, Aearo, Porex and Victor as well as business efficiencies and margin improvements at Aearo, Victor, Chromalox, and others. Icon has created over $3 billion in value for these companies. Rahul has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the IIT Kanpur (Summa-Cum-Laude), an MBA from the IIM Calcutta (Cum-Laude) and a Post-graduate Diploma from New York University.

Todd Swift is a highly versatile, customer-driven Project Manager and Business Process Improvement consultant dedicated to helping businesses improve their processes and overall efficiencies by using appropriate technological solutions. With over 15 years of professional experience he has been recognized for his software/systems engineering and problem solving skills with strengths including project management, business process redesign, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and custom software development. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CCSSGB), Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), and an active member of the Indianapolis Chapters of the Project Management Institute and The American Society for Quality (ASQ). He has been with Guilford Group since March 2005 and remains involved in the local community supporting the Microsoft Dynamics CRM User Group (D365UG|CRMUG), SharePoint Indiana group (SPIN), and the Microsoft Project User Group (MPUG).

Sanjay Vinze has over 20 years of business experience in improving business processes, both in transportation and IT sectors. He has worked with Dana Spicer, Trumac Engineering, Andersen Corporation and Transworld to manage and create business efficiencies leading to increased business value. Currently, Sanjay works as Managing Consultant of Business Synergies to assist and guide clients in achieving 'planned business success' through cohesive team effort with clear identified accountabilities and established performance based incentives. Sanjay's work with Trumac Engineering included introducing industrial engineering techniques to improve productivity by 35%. Further, critical analysis lead to cost reductions of 15%. Sanjay has received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology through the Indian Institute of Technology. He has also earned a Masters in Business Management at the Asia Institute of Management.

Rajan Kapur has almost 20 years of IT experience in project management, ERP implementations, software development and eBusiness solutions. He has worked for a variety of companies including Fortune 500 companies like Lockheed Martin, IBM and Philips as well as startups like Silicon Magic in a variety of managerial roles. Before joining Guilford Group, Rajan was a partner of an Indy-based startup that helped small-to-midsize businesses, startups and non-profits with their marketing and IT strategies. His passions are in helping clients discover new and better ways to utilize technology to help grow their businesses. Rajan is involved in the community and is on the board of the Venture Club of Indiana and Indy Chamber Ambassadors. He is also a graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy as well as Leadership Indianapolis’ Leadership Education and Development program. Rajan has dual degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance. He is a die-hard Colts fan and lives in Carmel with his wife and 2 kids.

Oliver Viehweider is an exceptional motivator and strategist who addresses cost issues head-on, strengthening productivity, OTD and accelerating profit at challenged operations by applying Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methods. Oliver is currently the founder and chairman of the Wind & Solar Research and Training Academy. He is also a Senior Executive Director for Invest & VC Firm. Oliver has published several patents and publications over his years of work. When working for Arques Industries AG, Oliver took part in implementing new tooling and fixtures reducing costs by €750K annually and increasing effectiveness by  35%. Last, he oversaw the Gear Manufacturing site acquisition in Germany, creating facility hailed as showcase of advanced engineering through $150M in expansion effort. Negotiated 35% government subsidy and $50M funding.
